Manoj & wife Neha keep mum about their newborn baby

Buzz was that the couple were superstitious and had been wanting a baby for long so they preferred to keep the happy news under wraps

Manoj Bajpayee and his wife Shabana Reza have a bundle of joy but till yesterday the couple preferred to keep mum about the new arrival!

Shabana delivered a baby girl on February 23 at a private nursing home in Santa Cruz. The couple has named her Ava Nayla Bajpayee.

After Hitlist reported yesterday (‘Mommie Diaries’) in which Manoj was spotted at a baby store at Waterfield Road, Bandra, checking out the stuff on display, guess the actor finally decided to make it public!

All this while Bajpayee preferred to keep mum about the baby. Buzz was that the couple were superstitious and had been wanting a baby for long – so they preferred to keep the happy news under wraps.

Says a source, “The new parents are overjoyed about the new arrival but had kept it quiet because that is the way they wanted it!”

The source adds, “Manoj has always been a very private person. He is not the one to flaunt this. In fact they shifted from a bigger hospital to a private nursing home in Santa Cruz to stay away from glare.”

The actor had come to Mumbai for the delivery and taken a break from the shoot of Aarakshan that is happening in Bhopal.

It is also a coincidence that both daughter and father have a common date Manoj was born on April 23 while Ava Nayla Bajpayee is born on February 23.

The pollution in Mumbai and dust on the sets she shoots for are also some of the reasons her sinus has become so bad.”

Apparently Malaika is still in two minds. The source adds, “She’s told her specialists that she would like to do some alternate healing treatment like homeopathy before she takes a final call.

Malaika earlier had done an Art of Living course a few years ago and had got completely cured. But the fact is she might have to go for an operation soon as her condition is worsening.”

Malaika admits, “I might be having an operation soon, according to what my ENT specialist recommends.”

Sinus Surgery

Endoscopic sinus surgery – also called endoscopy or sinoscopy – is a procedure used to remove blockages in the sinuses.

These blockages cause sinusitis, a condition in which the sinuses swell and become clogged, causing pain and impaired breathing.

The procedure can relieve nasal blockages, relieve facial pain, improve breathing and improve sense of smell and taste.

Acute sinusitis is most commonly caused by common cold. Common causes of acute sinusitis are bacteria, allergens and fungal infections.

Bollywood Shahrukh Khanwas spared a PIL filed against him by activist Simpreet Singh for allegedly building a number of real estate by extending his bungalowMannat who was considered a heritage building and was built in gross violation of coastal regulation zone or the CRZ, according to the petition. However, the Bombay High Court issued a statement indicating that the PIL was a completely frivolous and that was a complete waste of time for court officials. So the rules of the petitioner was charged with the costs for wasting valuable court time. According to the petition of the site where movie star Shahrukh Khan had built his building was reserved for an Art Gallery said SRK had flouted the rules. According to reports from the State Government had informed the Court that the building was officially cleared off the place reserved for the Art Gallery in 2000 and that SRK had bought only in 2003 and construction began only in 2006 so it was not at all against all the rules. At first glance is that the petition was merely a publicity stunt oriented and because the court has many important PILs to see where the poor have made and are very crucial, as PIL as submitted by the activist of no value and would send the wrong signals to the common man. So a fine of Rs. 20,000 was imposed on the petitioner for wasting the courts time.
