Who can ever forget the sensuous lip lock between Aishwarya Rai and Hrithik Roshan in ‘Dhoom 2’? Now, the history is going to repeat itself with much more passion it seems.

Much is being said about Hrithik’s chemistry with hot actress Barbara Mori amidst the shooting of ‘Kites’. Now the bonding is getting better each day for this The Mexican bombshell has gotten so comfortable working with Hrithik, director Anurag Basu and producer Rakesh Roshan , that she has been giving suggestions to make certain scenes look better. As a result what was initially planned as just a peck on the cheek was modified into a full-blown smooch after actress Barbara Mori insisted.

The scene we are talking about has Hrithik and Barbara jumping from a great height. Before the deadly jump, Hrithik was supposed to kiss Barbara on her cheek. It was a crucial kiss, but Barbara felt a smooch would look better, considering the chemistry between the lead characters in the film.

After some deliberation, Barbara’s suggestion has been incorporated into the scene. And instead of a kiss, Hrithik smooched her before the two did the stunt. What say Papa Roshan?

Bipasha Basu is known for her toned body and appeal but the lass is out there to prove her acting skills with her first international film ‘Singularity’ with Hollywood hunk Josh Harnett . Bips plays a Maratha warrior in the film named Tulaja and will be seen in a de-glam look with simple jewellery. Directed by Roland Joffe, the movie is an action film and also has Abhay Deol in a pivotal role.

Bipasha reveals the storyline of the film saying, “I play a Maratha warrior as the film is set in the backdrop of the Anglo-Maratha war. It’s about the romance between Tulaja and James Stewart, which is played by Josh Hartnett, who plays a British soldier. There are two time zones that are present in the film. Also, there is a little bit of metaphysics involved. Overall, it’s a very dynamic and an interesting love story.”

The 33 million dollar flick will also have scenes from India and also stars Olga Kurylenko, Star Trek star Chris Pine, Christopher Egan, Shane Briant, Abhay Deol and Claire van der Boom.

Pakistani actress Veena Malik set the temperatures in the drawing room high with her skimpy dresses and oh-so-hot intimacy with Ashmit Patel in the latest season of ‘Big Boss’. Since returning from India, Malik has been constantly under fire for allegedly misrepresenting Pakistani women, Islam and Pakistani culture on the show.

She has been vehemently criticized by the orthodox community for vulgarity on the show and Mufti Abdul Kawi went on to snub her as “baigharat” (immoral) on a talk show on television. “You tell me is you conscience clear that you didn”t bring a bad name to Pakistan and Islam and that you behaved inappropriate to our religious and cultural values,” Maulana Qavi asked her on the show.

However, not the one to take down criticisms so easily, Veena Malik took the mullahs to task and even said that if she were in the wrong, so was Abdul Kawi because Islam doesn’t permit a man to cast a second look at a woman who isn’t his relative.

“One can be punished for looking at a woman a second time, you should be punished,” Malik told the Mufti on Express News’ Frontline show.

Malik defines her experience in the show as a “beautiful, terrible, exciting, emotional, sad” journey and said, “I belong to the entertainment industry and I went with my agenda. I wanted to show the world that there are other types of Pakistanis too, not just those who are in the news for terror acts.”

She defended her behavior and clothes saying, “It isn’t a religious show either. The format of the show is to get people from various walks of life under one roof… I was contacted for my bravery. I wasn’t even representing office-going women of Pakistan. I was a Pakistani from the entertainment industry. I wore only clothes that I have worn in Pakistan before. I was representing myself… and I am like this only.”

Malik said the Pakistani media had been unfair to her by not highlighting the positives such as when she was complimented by Salman Khan and not coming to her rescue when she was abused on Bigg Boss. However, Veena received widespread support from Pakistani liberals and civil society activists on social networking websites like Twitter and others.

Well, we all know that nudity and boldness did not give the push to big mouthed and big busted bombshell Mallika Sherawat’s career. So, the sex kitten is trying other avenues instead. Transported back to Bollywood from Hollywood, Mallika is trying her hand with judging the reality show ‘Chak Dhoom Dhoom 2’. She has also signed up for an item number ‘Razia Gundo Mein Phas Gayee’ in Anees Bazmee’s ‘Thank You’ for free and now, the latest one is that she will be seen all covered up and in a deglamorised avatar in her next, Case No 99 sharing screen space with big names like Nana Patekar and Naseeruddin Shah.

Scripted by Dilip Shukla of Dabangg fame and directed by debutant director Praful Parekh, the film goes on floors in March. Nana Patekar will be seen in the role of a CBI officer in this suspense thriller about an insurance scam of 100 crores.

The producer of the film, C G Patel, confirmed the news saying, “Yes, we have signed Mallika and paid her the signing amount, but some formalities are yet to be finalised. Nana, who is a great friend, is also on board and is keenly supervising the project. We are still in talks with Naseerji.”

Patel also stressed on the fact that Mallika had absolutely no hesitations in signing a role which was in stark contrast to the roles she has played earlier. He said, “In fact she loved the script. She has a very powerful role and strong dialogue with Nana. People will be surprised to see her in the film.”

So, the dare bare act is ‘Hisss-tory’ for Mallika now??

Bollywood’s most successful actresses earning even more with their mega endorsement deals failed to satisfy the IT department regarding their transparency in tax payments. Taxmen on Monday raided the homes of Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif. The moment news spread in respect of IT raids at the Versova and Bandra homes of Priyanka and Katrina respectively, large number of media reached there.

They also searched the premises of Chopra’s father; Matrix, a celeb management company that handles Kaif’s endorsements; photographer Atul Kasbekar, who earlier owned Matrix; and Chand Mishra, and Chopra’s personal assistant. BP Gaur. 12 premises were searched and 12 bank lockers were sealed. Reports also have it that the search at Chopra’s house yielded documents that indicated concealed income.

It may be recalled that Income tax officials raided the houses of actor Surya, Vadivelu, director Ravi Kumar and director AR Murgadoss couple of months ago in Chennai.
